Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional manufacturer founded in 2013, with our own factory in Yueqing, Zhejiang, China, specializing in stainless steel sanitary drainage products.
What is your MOQ?
Standard orders start from 2 pieces. For custom size, color or logo orders, MOQ is generally 5–10 pieces, subject to the specification.
What is your sample policy?
Samples are available upon request. Sample cost is refundable against bulk orders. Express delivery by DHL, FedEx or UPS typically takes 3–5 days after dispatch.
What is your delivery time?
For orders within 100 pieces, standard natural stainless steel finish is 7 days and custom colors such as matte black, gun gray or brushed gold are 14 days. For 500 pieces, the indicative lead time is about 14 days natural finish and 20 days custom colors.
Can you produce according to samples or drawings?
Yes. We provide OEM/ODM services for custom sizes, colors, OEM logos and packaging, supported by our technical engineers.
What is your warranty?
We provide a 3-year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects, subject to the product warranty terms.
What is your FOB price and port?
Our standard export term is FOB Ningbo. Price depends on specification, finish and quantity. Send your requirements for an exact quotation targeted within 2 hours.
